Hello and Welcome!

Hello everyone! This is really my first time "blogging" so hopefully it goes well and you will like it.

Let me start off with my beautiful son Logan James Forshee. He is almost 5 months old and I can't believe how fast time has flown by! Currently his new favorite thing to do is grab his feet and pull them to his mouth. I have actually caught him a couple of times with his foot in his mouth! Its cute but a little disgusting... another adorable thing is that he has been expressing himself with new facial expressions. The cutest one is when he is tired and he frowns and wimpers. It's both cute and sad all at the same time! Not too long ago did we realize that he would want us to hold him and allow him to jump up and down. My arms and legs were getting tired and sore so I had to drag Donald to Wal-Mart to buy the Rainforrest Jumparoo. The first night that we had it, Logan was going crazy! At first he wasn't sure of what he was doing but with a little help from daddy, he learned he could jump! He jumped for so long that he put himself to sleep! It was the greatest toy (for me) from that moment forward! Now we are looking forward to when he can hold himself up alone (without tipping) and being able to completely roll over (he now gets half of his body over but puts his arms in a weird position so that is doesn't allow him to roll back). He is the love of my life!

Well since Logan has arrived, I've been a full-time, stay-at-home mommy. I love it, but it is way harder that corporate America! Somedays I wish I were back in the work place, but then he does something so adorable that makes me so glad that I were home otherwise I would have missed it. His smile gets me every time! Donald is working for Almega Interprises and is great at what he does. I am really grateful for what he does for our family. Sometimes I wish that he had a job to where he could stay home with Logan and me, but for now he has to work outside the home. Hopefully some day that dream will come true! But knowing Donald he might just want to get away from the crying, pooping, and spit-up...and maybe Logan! :p
