Donald had to work Christmas Eve, so Logan and I decided to hitch a ride with my Uncle Jaren to Victorville to visit my Grandparents Christmas party. Donald later met us up there and we chatted and had dinner with my extended family and Brother Jordan. Later we had to go to Santa Clarita to visit Donalds family Christmas party. We watched the little kids open their presents and then the adults played "Pick-N-Pass". We laughed and enjoyed eachothers company. It was a great Christmas Eve! Christmas morning began with the 3 of us (wearing our matching pjs) opening presents at our house. Then we headed to Donalds parents house for breakfast and to open more presents. (All while still wearing our matching pjs!) We then returned home for a quick nap, lunch, and got ready to go back to for dinner with Donalds parents and sisters and their kids.

In case you haven't heard.... It's snowing in Southern California! This morning as Donald left for work, he told me that it was snowing. I responded with take a picture (partially because it was 7 am and I was exhausted and also because the snow usually melts after a couple of hours). It is now 5 pm and is going strong! The freeways are closed which means a lot of family is stranded down below. Here are a few pics that we took. Enjoy!
Well, this past Saturday was Donald's family Christmas. Donald had to work until 2 pm so Logan and I decided to hitch a ride down to North Hollywood with Donald's sister Sarah. We arrived around noon. It was great to see all the little cousins running around and playing with each other. We had a great dinner, thank you Becky, and then Santa showed up for the kids. He brought a Mickey Mouse Car toy for Logan. He loves it! Logan pushes it around the floor and tries to make a car noise... vroommm..... it's really cute! After dinner and Santa, the boys decided to play some cards. Donald came in second. It was a great day. Can't wait until next year!!!

Logan LOVED the pet store with all the puppies!
Yesterday, Logan and I made the drive to the valley to see Kelli. As I left I decided to call my brother Jordan, and he was also on his way to see Kelli. The drive only took an hour. Once Jordan arrived we headed to eat. After stuffing our faces at the buffet, we decided to walk off all the junk we ate and headed to the Oaks Mall. Finally after walking around the entire mall, we headed back to Kelli's apartment to relax. Around 6 pm Logan and I left. It was a blast to hang out with my siblings again.
Watching his daddy rake the leaves.
Logan loving baby Cedrick James Gurr.
Two weeks ago, I know... it's been awhile, Logan, Donald and I decided to go to Burbank, California to see Donald's Nana and Papa. It was the first time that they saw Logan. Their Christmas decorations were already up and Logan just wanted to crawl around and get into everything! Afterwards we decided to go to Ikea. I haven't been there in sooo long and I just love looking at everything. When we got to the children's toys, we decided to buy Logan a blue tunnel to crawl through. After leaving Ikea, we stopped by my favorite store.... Krispy Kreme Donuts!!! The next day, Donald decided to do some yard work. Logan would crawl towards the sliding door to watch his daddy. Donald and I also babysat for my Uncle Fred and his wife. It was their anniversary and they wanted to go to dinner so they had their 2 older kids at her parents house and we watched to 1 month old, Cedrick James. Logan wanted to play with the baby and then would try to search the baby's diaper bag. It was an evenful weekend.

The last time I saw my brother, Jordan, was about a month before Logan was born. Two days ago Jordan called me and stated that he would be able to get together if I was available. I of course stated that I was and he drove this morning from Huntington Beach to Palmdale to see Logan and I. This was the first time that Logan would be meeting his Uncle Jorddy and in true Logan fashion he was happy to see some one new! Logan would crawl towards Jordan and would laugh and try to talk to him. It was pretty cute and Jordan would just laugh. Later that evening, Jordan wanted to visit our Uncle Fred who also lives in Palmdale. We headed over there and got to see our new cousin as well. It was a great visit and hopefully we will be able to see "Uncle Jorddy" again real soon!!!!

Last tuesday, I decided to go visit my sister again. I knew that she had the day off and I wasn't watching Megans kids, so it was perfect. The only down side was that she was moving from Camarillo to Woodland Hills that day. Logan and I started driving hoping that by the time we got to her new place she would be there. We were wrong... she was still in Camarillo cleaning and then her phone died. Luckily, I was able to get in contact with my friend Emily Monroy. She said that she was at the Topanga Mall which wasn't far and that I could meet her. It was great to see her! The last time that I had seen her was my wedding day, but I was crazy busy and didnt really get to talk to her. It was great to see her 2 kids as well. She has a son that is 15 days older that Logan and he's adorable! Thanks again Emily for hanging out with me while I was stranded! :)
After a couple of hours, Kelli was done and called me and we went to her new apartment. After an hour or so, we went to a mexican restaurant for dinner. Logan was doing pretty well until the last 30 minutes. He was tired but as soon as I hit the road, he fell asleep! He slept the whole drive home.
Well this Halloween was anything less than boring... The day before, Don, D.J. and I all carved our pumpkins. The next morning, Donald was throwing up about every 15- 20 minutes. He went to work but came back after a few hours. That afternoon, Don became ill and didn't come out of his room the rest of the night. After trick or treating with Becky and the kids, I became ill! (Logan had been throwing up the 3 days prior to Halloween.) That night, Taylor (Sarah's daughter) was throwing up like Donald had been earlier that morning. By the next day, just about everyone in the house had been throwing up except for Carrie! Lucky girl! :)
